Xtra Happy Managed to go see this prom by a complete fluke after seeing PSB at the All Points East festival four days prior; very very glad I attended after watching back videos of their 2019 prom in awe.

Backed by the BBC SO, This New Noise has an elevated air of grandeur while still retaining the nerdy art-rock essence of 'The Race For Space' etc. From the ethereal radio crackle opening on 'Ripples [...]' to the bombastic 'Broadcasting House' and 'A Candle [...]', this was an enjoyable night throughout. Favorite track: A Cello Sings in Daventry [ft. Seth Lakeman].
